Although it's our team of dedicated engineers and installers that do all the work (according to them!) It's our close knit and equally dedicated management team that makes the whole thing run smoothly and efficiently. Many of us are very familiar to our customers and suppliers, but here's the full picture.
Mark Sweet - Managing Director
With over 30 years experience in the fire systems industry, Mark is very much the Admiral rather than the Captain of the ship. Often in the background, but always available, Mark, like all successful businessmen just makes it all look so easy! Oh, and he's also the creator of the best computerised administration systems in the industry.
Christina Keating - Operations Director
Co-founder of Chameleon Systems in 1993, Christina is very familiar to all that do business with the company. Not just the real Captain of the ship, but also the Purser, Chief Engineer, Navigator and Radar Operator all rolled into one! If you ever really, really need anything sorting out, you'll talk to Christina. How does she do it? Answers on a postcard please....
Dawn King - Service Manager
Dawn runs our service and maintenance operations, ably assisted by Carly and Sam, and of course, all of our service engineers. Dawn has a wealth of experience in Service Management and is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly and maintaining that reputation for customer service we value so dearly!
Richard Thorn - Projects Manager
Relatively new to the company, but with a huge amount of experience within the industry, Richard is responsible for all of our major installation projects. So, if we're doing something major at your premises, Richard is the man in charge!
Kevin Kerrigan - Technical Support Manager
One of the most experienced and knowledgeable "techies" in the industry, Kevin makes sure that everything we do is done properly. He provides his technical know how to both our customers and our engineers and contractors. And when those rare situations occur when everyone else is scratching their heads, Kev just gets it fixed.
Chris Everard - Technical Sales Engineer
Chris is our design engineer and estimator. Our customers can rest assured that every quotation they receive has received Chris's dedicated attention and seal of approval before it ever leaves our office. Not much more we can say really. (He won't let us!)
Carly Payton - Service Administrator
Relatively new to the company, Carly assists Dawn in the smooth running of the service department and is responsible for most day to day tasks. It's a big job. We have hundreds of maintenance customers covering thousands of sites, so keeping track of it all keeps Carly busy!
Samantha Logue - Administrator
Sam to her friends ... colleagues ... customers ... suppliers .. everyone really. Sam does everything else. Just way too much to list here. But it all just seems to get done very efficiently!
Marc Moyce and Neil Cooley - Senior Engineers
Although it's not our intention to list all of our engineers here we would like to single out Marc and Neil, our two most senior engineers. They have both been with the company for many, many years and are probably two of the best engineers in the business.
